Because the shipping cost would nearly equal the actual cost of the bed, in most cases it is not feasible to ship the furniture from our facility in Escondido, CA.

For customers in San Diego County
- All deliveries within San Diego County will be free of charge.
- To order a bed from Beds And More please contact us under sales@beds-and-more.net.
- Within 24 hours we will contact you to give you a detailed quote and your payment options.
- Your order will go into production as soon as the required down payment has cleared.
- The remaining amount of your total invoice is due upon delivery.
- We accept personal checks, PayPal, credit cards and cash. Please do not send cash via mail.
- Please allow 15 to 25 business days for finishing your custom-made, handcrafted bed.
- We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If for any reason you change your mind and would like to cancel your order you can do so, unless the production has already started.
Your down payment will be refunded with a $25.00 service charge.
In case a requested payment failed, Beds And More can cancel the contract anytime.
Please understand that as soon as the production started we cannot refund your down payment.
